Disability,  other occupational and academic  evaluations will be done only for patients in ongoing treatment.

I am not trained in forensic psychiatry and prefer to spend my time seeing patients in an office to being in a court room

Yes. Based on your condition we will have unestablished frequency with which you will require an in-person evaluation.

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Because  your slot cannot be reliably filled with short notice you will be billed for any cancellation/ reschedule with less than 24 hour notice.
